Defa International Co., Ltd., a Taiwan-based CNC machining manufacturer specializing in precision metal components and OEM/ODM solutions, recently welcomed a German customer for an on-site factory visit following successful discussions at HANNOVER MESSE 2026 in Germany.
The customer, whose sourcing focus centers on AI-related precision components and industrial hardware applications, visited Defa’s manufacturing facility in Changhua, Taiwan, to further evaluate the company’s production capabilities, machining quality, and quality assurance systems for future cooperation projects.
During the factory tour, the customer showed strong interest in Defa’s newly installed Mori NTX1000 multi-tasking CNC machine, which is designed for high-precision turn-mill machining and complex component manufacturing. The customer was particularly impressed by the machining stability, surface finishing quality, and precision consistency demonstrated in the produced parts.
In addition to advanced machining capabilities, the customer also toured Defa’s professional inspection and quality control department, including profilometers, roughness measurement instruments, enlargers, and advanced dimensional inspection equipment used to ensure stable product quality and tight tolerances.
The visit provided both parties with valuable technical discussions regarding machining requirements for next-generation AI industry applications, including precision mechanical components requiring high reliability, repeatability, and strict quality standards.
